My hair has been a huge problem for a few months now. I've looked at supplements , increased water intake , sulphate free shampoo etc. I had previously avoided heat protection sprays as I didn't want to add more products/ chemicals, to my hair. But then I thought, well , I wouldn't bake food at some of the temperatures these straighteners are capable of. I need to add protection to my daily routine. It took a couple of attempts to get the right way to apply, to suit my particular hair type. Fragile , frizzy, thinning and colour treated . But I'm impressed. My hair is more manageable and I can go out on a windy day and not look like I've been dragged through a hedge backwards ! I let my Sister know about it, how impressed I am. She bought some too. She said she sprays a small amount in her hand , along with some leave in conditioner, and works it into her hair. She is also impressed. Definitely worth trying if you are at your wits end with your hair having a mind of its own.
