Being a transparent gel product, the cover to the adhesive was so well hidden I thought they came without adhesive and almost returned them. There should be something printed on the adhesive cover to indicate it is a peal off back.The grips themselves are comfortable but it is very slippery and my foot slips out of the shoe (woman's flat pumps) as much as it did before I added the grip to the shoes.If your concern is heel pain or blisters, I do believe this will prevent them.
