I can only speak for myself, I have tried a few brands and True Sea Miss is hands down the best brand I have come across. The texture, the taste and the customer service. I have tried the Mango, Mango Pineapple, Pineapple, Soursop, Ashwaganda, Strawberry, Apple cinnamon, Spirulina Rasberry, Passion Fruit, Cherry, and the new Peach Pear. As you can see, I love the variety of flavors and my take is there is something for everyone. I love some more than others and my favorite is on the more sweet side so my favorites are the Mango Pineapple, Pineapple, peach Pear and Mango. The texture is more smooth than grainy. And this product has helped me bring down my A1c, lose weight and improve my labs as a whole.
