This product works for hot flashes. I was waking up a lot with them. After about five weeks of taking this product, my hot flashes have stopped. I brought this in to my doctor after taking for a few weeks. She said to keep taking it because it contains Black Cohosh and that is an ingredient that has been known to help reduce hot flashes.
