Repairs the cracks in my knuckles and reducing inflammation. Better than medication. It does have a greasy consistency but if you mix it with grapeseed oil it absorbs into the skin much faster. I also find that it helps decrease the swelling in my feet. Excellent for sunburn. This is always must have for me. I take it everywhere I go.
