Every wedding she would hope that someone would want her to wear it. Now that she is 9, it didn't look as though that would happen, so I surprised her with it for Easter. She was so excited! It fit perfectly although she is a little on the tall side. And she could not stop twirling. We had pictures with the Easter Bunny at our local mall and at least three other people stopped us and asked where we had purchased the dress. It was definitely worth it for her to feel like a princess. And, an important note, my daughter is extremely picky about things scratching her and I have been disappointed many times when buying her something beautiful that she refuses to wear because it has a "poky" seam or "scratchy" lining. There was not one complaint about this dress being uncomfortable. There are two - one by Amazon, with a generic sizing, and one by the seller. My daughter is typically a size 6, so I thought I would order an 8 to be sure it fit, with maybe a bit of room to grow into it. Upon reviewing other people's reviews and finding out about the second size chart, I ended up buying her a size 4. It was still a little large (but perfect, really - to grow into). I never would have bought the 4 if I didn't read the reviews. My daughter wore this in a wedding and we received so many compliments.
