Surgery, lots of metal screws plates and pain! I was able to start PT 3 weeks ago. They used a very expensive wobble board to get my ankles moving again. I decided twice a week was not enough movement to get me back on my feet walking normally again. So I searched online and decided on this Rocco balance board. Mind you, I do not use it for a balance board but for moving my feet. I have positioned it under my desk therefore enabling me to move my feet all day long. The back and forth and side to side movements are exactly the same movements the physical therapist had me doing 30 times each direction, each foot. With this affordable board I get this same movement all day long. It has drastically improved the movement in my ankles. Thank you Rocco for making this affordable and so helpful. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Questions unanswered. *by T***G on Reviewed in the United States on July 22, 2019* Top is nice sturdy wood, but under it - the part that wobbles - is plastic. I have a balance problem so I use the board near a wall until I get better at it. I also wear sneakers. The first couple of times I did just 1 1/2 - 2 minutes at a time and will caution people that when you get off it, your brain may still be "wobbling" causing dizziness/loss of balance. I went to the web site to check out the videos and they are NOT numbered as to order, had trouble finding the beginning one and later when I went back to it, it wasn't there. I wish they were numbered as to difficulty. There is a "chat with us" link - but no one at the other end. I sent an email, don't know if I will get an answer. I wish they had a square board like the PT's use, it only goes foward and backward - a bit easier. Overall am happy with the board. ### ⭐⭐ Poor Quality Control *by F***9 on Reviewed in the United States on August 26, 2018* Took it out of the box and noticed that the "grip tape" which is just a cheap sticker was crumpled and not adhered to the wood. So it looks like I have to do some arts and crafts work before I can even test it out.
