I wonder if they were shipped in barrels and packaged in the USA or packaged in China. The taste is mild and earthy, not too strong or bitter like some herbal teas. Easy to drink even without honey or anything added. The tea bags are good quality and don't tear easily. I usually steep for about 5 minutes to get a nice flavor. The box lasted me about 3 weeks drinking 1-2 cups daily. I read it's supposed to help with labor prep and recovery which is why I tried it. Can't say for sure if it helped but my labor went pretty smoothly! Now I drink it occasionally just because I like the taste and it's caffeine free. Good value for an organic tea.
