I live in the desert where there is tons of hiking and off roading opportunities. My partner wanted to go hiking on our trip to Hawaii so I knew I needed hiking boots. I came across these and boy let me tell you. Best purchase ever for hiking boots! Wore them for four hours and not once were they uncomfortable. They're also very feminine and cute so that was a plus for me. They're definitely waterproof and slip resistant as it began to rain as we were hiking and not once did I slip! Great grip for any terrain, even mud! They're not heavy at all on my feet. I'd say they were well worth the price paid for such durable well made hiking boots. I'd definitely recommend these to anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable pair of boots. Also, my feet didnt overheat while wearing the boots and my arch felt well supported. I haven't cleaned the bit of mud off mine yet but nothing dawn dish soap and mr.clean sponge can't fix!
