From the delivery to finished product. We did have an issue with the cooler table having a flaw where one of the metal slides was not accurately placed and looked like a machine attachment that we were not able to manipulate to try to fix. We reached out to the company and they responded in less than two hours saying they will send a new one! We received the replacement within a week and now our set is complete. Very impressed with their quick response and delivery. Only thing we wished for was clearer instructions for the unit assembly.
