Old vs New
This bag is just like the one I bought about 15 years ago from a different co. Therefore the difference is, this bag does not have as heavy gauge material, the business card holder is also much thinner, yet the most negative part of this organizer, is the R hand mesh pocket is not separate from the pocket behind it. So if you put change in that mesh pocket it will spill into the deep pocket behind it. Did I mention the material is much thinner, not as strong or sturdy as my old one by Atwater Carey, which I don't think they make anymore.

Fell Apart 12 Months Later!
Purchased for son and gave to him Christmas 2019. He started using immediately and by Christmas 2020 the seams are frayed apart! As you can see from the pictures, the inside still looks new however the "case" is all frayed apart! Have used this product before and the Dia-Pak Supply Organizers lasted a couple of years but not this one!. Older models had more substantial material which didn't fray. No longer recommend this!

Wrong organizer.....
I received the wrong organizer kit in the mail. I was really disappointed. The one I received would only hold a days worth of my daughters supplies.I was looking forward to having a real diabetic kit for her again. The one we had got old and broke. Since then we have used a lunch box with Tupperware to organize everything because we couldn't find a really diabetic pack bigger than 1 or 2 days worth. This one had me really excited.Anyhow I emailed the seller and they refunded my money and told me to keep the wrong pack. Which was really nice but I would have rather had that organizer kit. I haven't had luck finding one like it for the same price, since.

great bag!
getting ready to order a new one. This goes back & forth to school, to sitters & everywhere. It takes a beating & holds everthing needed, including pen needles, lancets, lancet device, meter, small calculator, glucagon, glucose tabs, test strips, keto strips, 2 pens (lantus & humolog) and alcohol swabs. Before he switched to pens it held syringes & vials.

Since buying and using this, my MD has changed ...
Since buying and using this, my MD has changed my insulin from Lantus to Deglude. Deglude is provided in pens, vice bottle & syringe for Lantus. Still use Victoza. VA provided glucose tabs vice "cake-frosting" sized-squeeze tube. Reorganizing pouch to carry meter, strips, lancets, and spare pen needles, as well as lancing device, 2 different pens, etc.

Great case
Got this to replace the identical once I have been using for about 10 years, so I already knew that the design and layout are perfect. They have made a great improvement, however, which is that the gel pack area is in a zippered pouch, whereas it was just loose behind a panel before. If you like to have lots of organized space for your diabetic supplies this case is great.

Highly recommend for all your diabetic supplies
Highly recommend for all your diabetic supplies! It holds all your essential supplies and easy to clean/wash! Really like the cold pack feature. Keeps insulin cool but not at risk of freezing. Bag fits nicely in backpack/purse if you don't want to carry the bag as is.

Pretty good.
OK, but not optimized for modern stuff. Need separate or optimize pen pockets. Elastic bands for strips too small. Need various heights in elestic band pockets. I thing a smaller item better suited to modern stuff would be better. Also pockets are not "sealed"; you unzip them with a mesh pocket and there it is but there's an opening behind the main pocket where stuff hides.
