Some of them the sleep monitor was wrong by several hours! This one though seems spot on. Using the information on the app, you can see the time you went to sleep, woke up and how many hours deep sleep/light sleep. I know that the go to sleep/wake up is accurate. The steps per day seems about right, the heart and blood pressure keep a daily record which is taken from automatic reads every 30 minutes. With the several i have tried this one has come across as the most accurate information. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great product for a reasonable price *by G***T on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 10 November 2017* This device was purchased for health monitoring. It performs well and keeps track of walking, heartbeat and sleep performance, all of which are important to me. As it interfaces with my iPhone, I can keep track of all these functions and it is reasonably priced ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy setup and very accurate *by G***L on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 8 August 2017* This fitness band was very easy to setup. I charged it for a couple of hours after taking it out of the box. The charging clip fits snug on the back and clips into place when correctly located. Pairing with my phone was a breeze and carried out using the H Band app rather than my phone's native bluetooth settings. The date and time is pulled from your phone once paired. The screen is crystal clear and a little flick of the wrist prompts the display to light up with the time, day and date. This screen also shows battery charge and confirms blutooth connection as in the photo. If I'm honest, I was a little sceptical how accurate the blood pressure and heart rate readings would be. I have a blood pressure machine from my GP and the readings were compared between the two devices and I'm happy to say that this band was accurate to within 2 beats per minute of the GP issued monitor and the blood pressure was almost spot on!! These two functions were the main reason I opted for this device and judging how accurate they are I have no reason to doubt the accuracy of the other functions.
