My mouth had been so dry from the climate and a medication I was taking that I ended up needing a lot of dental work done. The dentist said it was from the dryness, and they suggested I try it. I started using a water pik, and at night, every time I got up to use the bathroom or woke up, I rinsed my mouth with this. My next dental visit, I got A+++ and my dentist couldn't believe it. In addition to the rinse I used the gum picks and floss twice a day, but they said I no longer needed to use the water pik.
