It's really not bad considering its low sugar content, like at very worst I would rate the taste as Meh, smells OK but no it's not winning any awards. Don't like the taste or texture? Mix something with it which changes the taste and texture profile. Lumpy? Put water in first and shake it quickly, use a chopstick to unstick lumps stuck on sides or even use a whisk.
