I wanted these masking tapes for a while and finally gave in when I had to repair a figure and needed to repaint stripes. As I don't have a very steady hand using the tapes I could accurately tape the stripes and be able to paint the stripes in one go. The tape adhered well and didn't strip the base paint off (I used a sealant over it though) and didn't leak underneath (use an airbrush). The variety of tapes is perfect as before I was cutting up larger tape which was time-consuming and tiring on the hands. No need to spend more buying tape targeted for model making when this set does the job. Comes in a handy case to store the tape. The rolls are big and will last a long time. Highly recommend.

like the set thought it was bendy though my fault still managed to do what i needed so its well worth getting

I was a little worried initially as the tape seems very tacky, but my fears were abated upon removal.Good adhesion, no creep or wicking, removed cleanly.Superb.

The tape is too sticky in my experience. I found I had to first dab the adhesive side on bare skin a few times, otherwise it would lift of the paint when removed.What I find most frustrating of all though is that it’s very poor at sticking to itself. It kept lifting wherever the tape overlapped.
