Review: Good value compared to other more expensive compressors. - I bought this to fill my mini pony scuba tank and it works great. It takes about 10 minutes to fill a small pony scuba tank. I haven’t had any issues with it overheating but have only used it inside with the air conditioning and no longer than 20 minutes at a time. The only annoying thing is as soon as you plug it in the fan runs and it is kind of loud when it is pumping air. I wish there was a way to switch off the fan but I supposed that it’s for the best on keeping it from destroying itself from overheating. It has a pressure relief valve on it in case you put too much air in it. I am not sure what will happen if it does relieve itself if you have to replace anything. I am hoping I won’t find out. It doesn’t have an auto shut off like some more expensive models do so you kind of have to keep an eye on it while it is pumping. I recommend setting a timer once you know how long to expect it to fill your device. It came with plenty of spare parts and air filters too.
