Between these two this product should theoretically last years into the future with no adverse effects. I personally like getting the 70% extract for maximum strength. **Q: Is the bottle made of plastic or glass? And what about the dropper?** A: Both the dropper and bottle are made of glass. **Q: does this stain the teeth as badly as the reviews for the 70% say that one does?** A: I've been taking this for over 10 years. Trust me: put this liquid in a capsule. I will stick to your teeth if you don't, even if you put this liquid in water. This is an incredible product, by an incredible company known for bee products. Also, don't get the alcohol free because of propylene glycol. Needless to say *by K***N on October 19, 2015* I am an expat returning to the US after having lived in Mexico for 8 years; there, I was introduced to propolis, or propoleo, in Spanish.
