I did a lot of research before buying it too. When it arrived before even opened it the first thing you will notice is the quality of the packaging. When you get the unit out it goes along the same lines. It is just beautifully made piece. It has a nice compact look and is actually just smaller than my IPhone which I liked. It has a lovely rounded premium feel to it and the whole of the back feels like a slight rubbery black material so it doesn’t come out your hand easily. It has a lovely soft leather case that I didn't realise would come with it too.I have been charging me and my wife’s phones no problem. We have been using the rapid power port and after both phones it still always has loads of charge left. I owned one of these a few years back and it was chunky and seemed to power down quickly. The most amazing thing is, all this is just from the charge it had when I took delivery earlier on today. I've never even charged it and it's already performing better than the (supposedly bigger capacity) one I bought from Aldi. Awesome!It's really compact and neat, heavy as you'd expect, but you can comfortably slip it into your pocket no trouble. The finish is cool, matt black, and it comes with new type USB leads included, presumably because everyone's already got hundreds of the old type already.The packaging is worth a mention in itself - it feels like a real premium product when you're unboxing with its slight textured surface and "A gift for you" ribbon around it. Might get another one for my partner to keep in the car for emergencies. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Slow to charge back up, PD / QC 3.0 not spec *by S***P on 13 September 2018* After the initial disappointment at PD NOT working with LG G5 (quick charge 3.0 did). PD did work with S9 (quick charge did NOT) Seller offered a 25% refund for it not meeting expectations, so can't fault customer service.Both those phones accept PD and Quick Charge 3.0 / 2.0. So something is not quite up to spec.The iPhone X did draw 15W (9v) for a period of time with a Apple usb c lightning cable.
