The pan is the perfect size/diameter, weight, and quality for crepes. The non-stick surface makes perfect lightly golden crepes/blini. It's a joy to use! That's a huge statement from someone like me (complete amateur when it comes to cooking)! Also, the pan is made in Spain (not China) and is well-priced ($55 when I purchased).
