Mine was much more accurate than this as measured by a volumetric flask. If such measurements are important to you, you should measure it to know how true the graduations are. The flask stood up to its first applied gas flame when I used it to boil water for tea. One does not need the Pyrex brand name to get an excellent flask. The product itself was excellent, but watch out for that Amazon delivery. They left it on my outside doorstep, right in the path of the swing of the door. If I didn't know that the package arrived and looked al the picture showing the delivery, I probably would have opened the door, sending the flask bouncing down the step to break when it hit the bottom. I had to use another door to go outside to get the package. Amazon should tell its delivery people not to leave ANY package in the swing-space of the door. It is inconvenient for regular packages, and it could lead to breakage for fragile contents.
