Through my research I found that Jacobson's does not have the heavy metals or contain lead. The salt are large beautiful Flakes and The Taste is amazing . People who think salt is just salt haven't tried Jacobsen salt. We have used kosher salt for a long as I can remember but this salt makes good so much better. It's light and flaky and so much better. This is really good
