FAZ II Plus 8/30 R – The metal anchor for beating and expanding stainless steel with corrosion resistance class CRC III high performance certified for static loads on cracked concrete and for seismic applications (performance category C1). Advantages: The use of high-strength steels offers even higher tensile and cutting values. The FAZ II Plus R is certified by seismic performance category C1 and C2 for diameters from M10 to M24 and withstands high seismic stresses with and without the use of the FFD filling washer. The ETA 20/0897 certifies the FAZ II Plus R for dynamic loads for diameters M16-M20-M24 with the use of the Dynamic Set. Quick installation without the need to clean the hole (M8 to M24) as certified by the official expert report issued by IEA in Stuttgart. The independent technical rating issued by FAST3 in Stuttgart attests for FAZ II Plus R (M10-M12-M16) a service life of up to 120 years, ensuring safety for constructions that require a long service life. Operation: FAZ II Plus R is suitable for through-through and non-through-through installation and is also suitable for spaced installation thanks to the long thread. The anchor is installed correctly once the set installation torque is reached. In case of series installation, we recommend using the FABS installation tool to speed up installation. In the presence of seismic actions, the use of the FFD filling washer - seismic kit offers the correct filling of the annular space between the FAZ II Plus R anchor and the element to be fixed, maximizing the C2 seismic resistance to cut. In the presence of dynamic cyclic fatigue action, it is mandatory to use the "Dynamic Set", filling the ring space with resin with compressive strength ≥ 50 N/mm² (e.g. FIS V Plus, FIS EM Plus, FIS HB and FIS SB).
