First, they fit as expected, they are true to size. Second, the thong is connected to the shoe and not threaded through, which made my shoe last a whole year with out the thong breaking. That was an issue with other styles I had bought. Blowing a flip flop while out and about is the worst. Third, they are comfortable and have no break in period needed, they are good and comfy from day 1. I wear them on hard terrazzo floors all day and they give back support and have a nice little bit of an arch on the inner middle that fits perfect. They are such great shoes that I ordered them again instead of buying the popular name brand that these are molded after. These are better and they were the exact same price as the popular brand.
