    Dangerous

I bought this for my 5 year old granddaughter. She was delighted until she tried to use it. We were unable to fix the handle bars firmly so that when she used it they twisted and became dangerous. I have tried various ways of tightening the handlebars but they just work loose very quickly. It is so dangerous we have stopped her from using it. Would definitely not recommend, unless I am doing soemthing wrong, but if so can't see what.
