Review: I was soooo EXCITED to get the "SINGOFIRE" 12-Notes Handpan Drums for Adults, 22-Inch 440Hz D Minor Kurd, Purple, UNTIL I went to play it, and I have to strike my fingers so HARD just to get any sound out of it and HURTS MY HANDS, ONLY way I can get really good sound is by using the Mallets, BUT the Mallets are so small for me to use so they are useless for me, it looks very BEAUTIFUL, and was very well packaged just not good sound to me, Not sure if others are having the same problem with there's or not. I was HOPING this one would be a great one for the money, BUT I guess I'm WRONG. Like the old saying goes, ((((YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR)))) ((SO TRUE TOO)). (RETURNING DUE TO (NOT) ABLE TO PLAY AT ALL, AND (NOT) GOING TO HAVE A BIG PAPER WEIGHT TO JUST LOOK AT) THIS DRUM IS (JUNK) IN MY EYES.

I was soooo EXCITED to get the "SINGOFIRE" 12-Notes Handpan Drums for Adults, 22-Inch 440Hz D Minor Kurd, Purple, UNTIL I went to play it, and I have to strike my fingers so HARD just to get any sound out of it and HURTS MY HANDS, ONLY way I can get really good sound is by using the Mallets, BUT the Mallets are so small for me to use so they are useless for me, it looks very BEAUTIFUL, and was very well packaged just not good sound to me, Not sure if others are having the same problem with there's or not. Handpan came to be desperately out of tune. I've been a musician for 37 years and to be honest I didn't even need my tuner to know. But, when I did check it's tuning I was amazed at how bad it was. Not a single note correct, overtones on harmonics incorrect, both even giving it about five cents leeway on mistuning. Absolutely terrible. Also, the reviews for this product contain text, video, and pictures of incorrect products like tongue drums and non 12 note handpans. Zero stars if possible. And if you're reading this MANUFACTURER, YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF!
