So far, I'm enjoying making pizza a lot more, especially after keeping the rolling pin in the fridge before rolling the dough, like the instructions said. The adjustable thickness rings are a big plus because now I know what thickness I used that made the best crust so I can write it down in my recipe. I like thin and crispy so I used the 3mm one — thin but not so thin that it dries out.It's also got measurements on the rolling pin itself so I know how large the pizza will be. Overall, a good addition to my baking toolkit. ### ⭐⭐ It works but..... *by N***N on Reviewed in the United States on December 2, 2018* It's ok. I say this because it's a roller and it does work as one; HOWEVER, the inserts on the end will easily slip out if the roller is heated in any way and thus water can get inside. Also once the inserts (The end caps where the plastic bolt that hold the spacers thread in) slip once then you will always have problems with in bolting the spacers. Depending on the grade of stainless there can be rust inside from water also clean up is shady at best as microbes can thrive in the crevices. Good idea, bad material. Stainless does expand and contract with hot and cold but is a ridged metal. Glue isn't an option either because its difficult at best to paint it and so not much adheres to it. It works very well for it's purpose, is easy to clean, and change the rings/height. The only thing I'd change is the heft. I'm used to working with a heavy wooden rolling pin that does most of the work for me.
