These newer ones have the same sound dynamic, maybe even better. Not that it was any reason to buy, but they have detachable cords, so you can use one for taking phone calls and one for just listening to music. I guess if I cut another cord, I'll have a back-up. The box comes with lots of ear sleeves, several in silicon a pair in memory foam. It comes with a drawstring bag, two earbuds and the two cords as mentioned. The instruction manual is a very impressive booklet when you first open it up (Japanese in the front, English in the back) but it wasn't very informative. It doesn't mention how to attach the buds to the cords. I just pressed them on (the cords say "R" and "L") and they worked. I have only owned them for a couple of days so if anything should change I'll come back and report it.This is probably the only thing I have ever purchased on Amazon that had one review, and that review was a one star! I figured I could always send them back if they were defective, or didn't have the same range as my other pair, but I'm not thinking of doing that.I think this is a good buy, not the cheapest earbuds, but definitely powerful sound at a price less than the competition.I do not work for or have I received any monetary gain for making this review, I just really like music and these help me enjoy it even more. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Dilemma *by A***S on Reviewed in the United States on January 13, 2020* Very good for music lovers BUT very fragile as well... is it worst the spending??? ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ It's not a $200 Bose unit but it's worth every penny of it's cost *by K***P on Reviewed in the United States on September 29, 2019* Decent sound.
