My poor little guy had some serious gas in his first couple months. Many times I'd hear him coughing/gagging on his spit-up while laying in his bassinet. This wedge has helped him immensely and put to rest my worries.The memory foam has just the right amount of give for comfort. The cover is very soft and removable for washing.
