It gives a good high-shine finish and isn’t sticky, which is great. The applicator is wide and makes application easy. It’s hydrating at first, but I found it doesn’t last the full 12 hours as advertised – after a few hours, I had to reapply. On my darker skin, the gloss has more of a sheer peachy look, which is what I was looking for.
