I don't sleep overnight on the mat, but a 6' young man didn't complain abt it & has repeatedly used it.I would not necessarily recommend this for daily overnight use as I'm thinking the stuffing would flatten out & bcm hard. But it's definitely great for our purposes.The cover had no uneven sewing, seam gaps, or any other such issues.
