I called to ask a question before installing, and the guy was responsive and knowledgeable. Installation was a breeze (I installed it under the front seat on my golf cart) and the sound in incredible. I wasn’t going to bother with the remote bass control, but I’m glad I did as some tracks require the boost. I decided to mount the unit on a ½” thick MDF board to act as a baffle, and it further improved the sound. If you decide to do the same, I recommend a little padded tape on the back of the unit as the center Allen bolt protrudes by about a 1/16” which impairs good seating.
