Took 4 weeks to get here with no instructions, I had to parboil the potato first as I nearly broke my wrist trying to cut the raw potato. Then I put the unit in the microwave for 5 minutes and the 'fries' came out white and rock hard, the inside of the microwave was steamed up and was dripping water all over it. I have now thrown it in the bin.
