It is very easy to apply, standard sized wand, not too long not too short. Glides smoothly, dries super fast. Has a huge problem with water. Infact, when I apply it close to inner V of eyes it keeps flowing off or not drying coz my eyes are little watery in that area and tears up fast. If it's raining outside, POOF your liner's gone.
