Maybe it is the way the item was packed and shipped, it doesn’t look exactly as pictured (especially the tail end was somehow folding inward). The height of the pillow seems to be too long for my neck (kind like double the normal travel pillow you would see in the airport), so it took me a few tries to get total comfortable as now I am resting my entire face and neck over the pillow. But once get used to the height, the foam of the pillow itself provides pretty good support. ### ⭐ Uncomfortable, not as pictured *by L***E on Reviewed in the United States on May 17, 2018* This item looks nothing like the picture. Less fluffy, and awkwardly shaped, with the ends curling in toward your neck. The little ties don’t actually do anything (just slide up and down the string, which is itself unadjustable.) Not comfortable at all. It doesn’t stay on your neck.
