It's easy to fill and easy to keep maintained. I have a cat who is very picky about his water moving while he drinks, so he used to stick his whole arm in a water bowl and splash water everywhere... We used to find him standing in the toilet bowl drinking sometimes, just so his water would be moving... But with this- he LOVES it. The sensor works out perfectly so the little fountain turns on when he's nearby (turns off while he's away)... He will sit and wait for it to turn on, then drink from the fountain, and no more need for splashing or getting his paws wet! Very easy to set up, and works great for us. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pricey but perfect *by R***N on July 31, 2025* I. Love. This. Thing.While it is expensive for a water fountain, its features absolutely make up for it. Because literally the only wire involved is the one going into the base and the fountain itself can just be lifted up from said base, this thing is an absolute breeze to clean. So long as you keep it cleaned and keep up with swapping out the filters, the water flow should be absolutely fine and the size of the reservoir will pretty easily let it run without intervention for quite some time.The only problem with it is that it has no means of securing itself to the base besides the weight of the water holding it down. If your pet likes to play with or bap at the fountain, there's little stopping them from just kind of knocking it off the base. If you do that that issue, using a tiny bit of double sided tape (especially the reusable kind) can help. Just be sure not to use too much or you won't be able to get it back off again.
