These worked great. I don’t know that the release was any better than the stainless Nordic Ware ones, but I buttered them both. I didn’t want to lose any crumpets. The crumpets were a smash hit and the clean up a breeze. They seem sturdy, like they will hold up to some use, but should probably be stored in the box they come in, as I can see heavier items bending them out of shape if they were to land on them free in a drawer.
