Review: Great Clip on light - This is a review of the Rechargeable LED Clip On Reading Light. There are three levels of brightness, the clip is solid and not flimsy, the touch to turn it on ( three levels) works great. Recharge is easy via usb cable provided. I actually have two of these, one in white, one in black. The black one matches the color in the eliptical workout device, and provides light to the monitor ( not backlit) pad. Where it is located the room light is dim, and if it is not sunny, then you cannot see how well you are doing. ( just go with it). The white one was being used in a master bath near the commode ( just trying to keep it nice here folks) on a folding shelf we installed (in front of) to hold media devices (if you need an extended stay in there). Anyone needing a few dozen minutes in test prep or whatever would find that shelf useful. ( 5 inch by 16 inch). Going back to the product, safe,durable, good product. No Complaints. I can say I am impressed, and it is a sleek design.
Review: great light. - i like this light. full disclosure i didnt buy it for reading. i just like being able to see. i go camping a lot and next time i go im taking this light. so first, no batteries, instead you get a usb charger cable which i prefer, less waste less cost. second, the clip, its big but in a good way. it can clip onto almost anything which was a huge plus for me but i imagine if youre reading Bleak House you would have no problems clipping it on there. third, the light, with several led bulbs this light can get bright...but it doesnt have to. using the super easy touch pad on the clip you can adjust it to three settings. four if you include off. fourth, the neck is pretty long longer than ive seen on most booklights so you can really adjust it to any angle. there is one negative but it isnt that bad. the touch pad is super sensitive. youre gonna accidentally press it anytime you handle the clip, but like i said...its not a big deal. it isnt a loaded weapon, its a light, youll be fine. if youre looking for a good light this is a great one for reading or just having a light right where you need it. im gonna clip mine on the nightstand that way i can have a small non-blinding light anytime i may happen to stir during the night and need to get up or just have a look around.

**Q: Is it safe to use this light while reading in the bath tub?**
A: The Vont clip-on reading light is not waterproof. Hence, we don't advise using it while reading in the bathtub.

**Q: What type of USB cable charger does it come with?**
A: Mine is micro USB into light(NOT type C) other end is USB-A

**Q: What is the wattage of the light?**
A: 2.4 W    The light intensity has 3 levels;  Brightness 600 lx

**Q: Will this only work if the battery is operational, if it's plugged in will it still work?**
A: The cord for the plug in is only about 3 feet long, but it does not need to be plugged in to operate. It operates unplugged for approximately 2 hours maybe a little more, but I have not really timed it. Adequate time though. Charging also does not take long. 
Has a 3 touch light setting, so the brightness used also depends on the longevity of it staying charged. 

Great light. Sands on its own or you can clip it. Easy to manipulate and very light weight. The light is more of a white light, which I enjoy. 

You can’t go wrong for the price and it also comes with a warranty. Win win

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Big Clip May Not Be the Best Choice For Your Laptop

I bought this to use as a laptop light. The neck is sturdy and very flexible. The LED lights, with three brightness settings, are nice. The clip is quite wide and I have a hard time finding a spot on my laptop where it is clipped on well, but not pressing any buttons. And then the neck and clip are in the way of my hands typing or the light pod blocks my vision of the screen. The touch switch is convenient, but it turns on when anything touches it, so is often on at times it doesn't need to be, like in my laptop bag, or while sitting beside my bed. Good thing the battery is rechargeable. I'm not super happy with the way it reflects on my screen, making it easy to see the keyboard, but also hard to see things on the monitor. These issues may be present with other styles of laptop lights, I don't know, but if I had tried this one before buying it, I might have made a different choice. It would be fine as a rechargeable book light if you read hardcover books, but the clip is too big and heavy for convenient paperback use. Whenever I can, I clip it to a shelf or something nearby rather than my laptop or a book.
