The stitching around the waistband is neat and tight and the hem isn't sloppy and uneven. True, you may need at least another slip underneath, for if you were to stand in direct sunlight you can see through...but on the other hand you could wear it as is as a very classy beach cover. So even though the fabric may not be of expensive material, this skirt can easily look expensive! An incredible deal for the price!Sadly, this skirt does run small, or let's just say not all mediums are created equal... Being a bit more curvy from the waist down, it just doesn't sit right, and at 5'7" the hem ends up being more around my ankles. (And just for some extra info, the waist band can maximum stretch to about 38". Just FYI) So, I recommend if insecure about size, just be sure to go up for comfort. The color is way off. It's much darker and dull than the pictured pale green and pretty.Size: There is only one size for the waist. The only difference among the sizes is the length. I wear a size 10 and the waist just fit. It might not be comfortable at the waist line if you wear a size larger than US size 10.Length: I wanted medi length. I ordered a Small and it fits like a medi skirt as I wanted.Quality: It doesn't look or feel like good chiffon. It looks more like sheer curtain. Good enough for casual wear but good enough to wear out. I bought two chiffon skirts and a chiffon dress on Amazon lately. This one is not as good as the other two.Overall: I will not wear this color anywhere.
