As an existing rrun protein powder user I am satisfied with the quality of that product and believe that this is a reliable brand. Not only is this chapter than Gu, I liked the consistency, had higher liquidity than GU and goes down well for me. Purchased a pack of 6 and used 3 for a 30k race, wasn't feeling wasted by the end of the race and there were no GI issues either.
