Good packaging. Good granules with a sweet taste, so I assume it is Xylitol. I'm using this in a mouthwash. I buy Tom's of Maine mouthwash at the local store because it doesn't contain any of the typical antibacterial ingredients found in other mouthwashes. I add 3 tablespoons of these Xylitol crystals to the 16 oz bottle of mouthwash. They completely dissolve within 10 minutes. Then I use that after each brushing.
