Since this device does not have a calibration adjustment it was important to me to be accurate.Online reading, revealed a salt atmosphere condition to check accuracy for RH. I tried the teaspoon salt in a ziplock bag but it fell short of the predicted 75% RH. I remembered I have a Water Softener brine tank so I put it suspended in a porous bag in brine air for a day and voia! 75% showing the device was accurate.
