It could be a little sturdier at the base, does feel a little flimsy in comparison to the sylvanian families buildings but then this play set was a lot cheaper and at just over £12 when on offer it's definately value for money. We opened it up to play and I was really pleased with the quality of the set. I hadn't expected all of the different little pieces and details. My nephews and I had a ton of fun setting the store up and playing with the two little figures included. It's been a real hit and I would definitely get more sets from this company.
