I’m not willing to leave them because a child I used to babysit the parents didn’t know about cleaning used it and when I took it off to clean it for him it was all moldy in there. You don’t want mold growing in there. Anyways, I LOVE that these also come with the silicone boot that yes, can come off. I just can’t get over the quality, they’re SO durable.
