The red superfood comes in a practical but sturdy resealable bag and included a scoop. I tried it immediately with a cup of milk and the taste was awesome. Not too sweet, not too tangy, just perfect. When I was drinking it, I realized it has like real berries inside which adds to the texture and the flavour. The chia seeds in this superfood also add fibre and texture to it making it really enjoyable. I saw a couple videos of people eating this with yogurt and pancakes but I haven't tried it yet but I will. Having done my research, the combination of fruits and probiotics is unique, and being 100% free of any added sugars and preservatives really did it for me. Also, you can't beat the price if you consider how much a month supply of probiotics cost.
