It fits mine perfectly with the S3 strap but be aware that if you use an AMVR facial interface (or any other facial interface) that has adjustable knobs on the side, it fits way too snug and WILL constantly push against the power button and turn it on. Not too much of a deal in desk stand mode as I just make sure I sit the headset at an angle so as to not hit the power button but definitely wouldn't trust it being transported around.
