I was a palm gripper and caused a chronic painful tendon problem on my ring finger hitting on mats. After adapting to gripping in the finger area- this glove was the difference maker. The padding between fingers stabilised things and took a lot of strain and torsion of my finger joints/ knuckles getting overstressed, (big hands on a smaller grip), especially on a bad hit or chunk. Has a kind of a custom fit to a club, and now I have been hitting straighter, farther, reliably. The bad finger is healing being not always getting harassed. Glove shows wear pretty quick, less a star, but the quality and fit is great when new. Bought a new pair, and will buy again as needed.
