I do not like the look of an opaque red lip on me, and if that's what you're looking for, this is not your product. The color is sheer, but what color there is is a very neutral red. Keep in mind the sheerness will allow whatever tones are naturally in your bare lips to show through, so the color will seem to lean a bit orange on those with yellow undertones, and a bit fuchsia on those with pink undertones.
