Yes, it works, and yes, the quality is the same as the cord it replaced (at least before the old cord got run over by a sharp office chair wheel). As for "presentation" I think it came in a clear plastic bag. Not gift wrap.

This Softtalk Telephone Cord is the perfect length to extend our reach when using our landline.
