The Pro XL is amazing. Just works !! ### ⭐ Disappointed junk *by U***R on 8 July 2025* My wife bought me the Meater Pro XL for my birthday. I was giddy with excitement. She bought direct from Meater. Lots of issues with the probes disconnecting from the block. Online with Meater chat, eventually had to return it as the 30 days was nearly up. Spoke with Meater on the phone and lady said she'd issue a free return label... Didn't arrive. Spoke with another 2 days later who did send the label, but it wasn't free return. Decided to just pay myself and return it. A week later I call them again. Chap said he'd issued the refund and we'll receive email. No email or refund. Another week later after a 45 minute call, I have now received email confirmation of refund being issued. While this was going on. I had ordered a new one through Amazon. Same issues with Bluetooth disconnecting. See video. I open the smoker and probe 1 connects. Put the lid on and it disconnects!
