Are the both made in China?** A: I believe they are both made in China and the only difference I can see is the 22-41471 is black. They both have all the same tools and attachments. I use mine (22-01471) on a daily basis and it is a great tool! **Q: does the sheath have a belt loop or something to attach on a molly strap?** A: As answered, there are belt loops. Both vertical and horizontal. However, they seem to be on the thin side. My wilderness frequent flyer belt at 1 3/4" wide only fits the horizontal loops and even then, just barely. In that configuration, the tool is not easily put back in.
